Coaching for the gap between knowing and doing.
You don't need another system. You need the one you have to survive a hard week. I work with founders, operators and senior knowledge workers on what happens to focus, judgment and follow-through under pressure, and how to get them back in minutes rather than days.
What we work on
- Stalling on high-stakes work. The proposal, the hard conversation, the decision you keep re-deciding.
- Back-to-back days. Arriving at the fourth meeting as the person you were at the first.
- Decisions under load. Noticing when your state is making the call, and resetting before it does.
- Systems that don't stick. Rebuilding routines around how you actually function, not how you'd like to.
How it runs
Intro call
Thirty minutes. We look at one recent situation where you stalled and decide whether coaching is the right tool. Sometimes it isn't, and you'll leave knowing what is.
Triage
We separate state problems from structural ones: workload, role design, unclear priorities. Each gets a different response.
Case-based sessions
We work from real moments in your week, not abstractions. You leave each session with one or two techniques matched to your pattern.
Practice in context
Between sessions you use them where they matter: before the meeting, in the gap between calls, at 4pm on a bad day.
Engagements
Engagements are fixed-length and scoped after the intro call, so you know what you're committing to and when it ends. Fees depend on scope and are shared on the call.

Questions
Is this therapy?
No. Coaching is forward-looking work on performance and behavior. It does not diagnose or treat mental-health conditions. If something you bring needs clinical support, I will say so and help you find it.
Who is this coaching for?
Founders, operators and senior knowledge workers who know what they should be doing, have tried the systems, and still stall under pressure: procrastinating on high-stakes work, losing focus in back-to-back days, or making worse decisions when stretched.
How is this different from productivity coaching?
Productivity coaching usually adds structure and expects behavior to follow. This starts one layer lower, with your physiological state, because structure only works when the parts of you that run it are online. We still work on structure; it just comes second.
What if my problem is the job, not my nervous system?
Then that is the answer. Every engagement starts with triage that can conclude the issue is workload, unclear priorities or a structural problem in the role. Regulation helps you think clearly about those problems; it does not make them disappear.
Do sessions happen online?
Yes, by video. I am based in New York and work with clients across time zones.
