About

I'm Ayaz. I've spent close to thirty years running businesses in import, distribution and apparel, and since 2017 I've coached founders, executives and individuals alongside that work.

The two tracks kept pointing at the same thing. The people I worked with, and I myself, rarely failed for lack of a plan. We failed when pressure took the plan offline: the decision deferred, the hard call avoided, the good system abandoned in the one week it was needed.

Mindeaze is the method that came out of that. It starts below the plan, with physiological state, because that's where the plan either holds or doesn't. It draws on several lineages of somatic and coaching work, but it's built from real cases rather than borrowed frameworks, and it's honest about its limits: not every performance problem is a regulation problem.
