Fix the state before you fix the system.
Mindeaze is a method for knowledge workers who already know what to do and still can't make themselves do it. Regulate the body first, and the focus, judgment and habits you already have start working again. When the problem isn't your state, we'll tell you that too.
Where to start
- CoachingOne-to-one work on the gap between what you know and what you do under pressure. Bounded engagements, real cases, practical tools you use the same day.
- ProjectsWhat Mindeaze is building, starting with an AI coach that helps you shift state in the moment, before a hard meeting rather than after it.
- WritingShort, direct answers on regulation and performance: what works, why it works, and where it stops working.
Bottom-up, on purpose
Most productivity tools work top-down: build a better system and expect behavior to follow. That fails for a predictable reason. Under stress, the parts of you that run plans, priorities and self-control are the first to go offline, so the system is abandoned exactly when it's needed.
Mindeaze runs the other direction. Shift physiological state in minutes, with techniques grounded in respiratory and autonomic research, then return to the work. The system you already have gets a nervous system able to run it.
The honest caveat: a dysregulated body is a frequently neglected cause of poor performance, not the only one. Sometimes the job is broken or there is simply too much of it. The first step is always telling those apart.
